Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Allbound
Jen Spencer is the VP of Sales & Marketing for Phoenix-based Allbound, a partner sales acceleration software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that simplifies an organization’s ability to recruit, onboard, measure, and grow channel partners. Jen joined the startup in July 2015, and through her innovative inbound marketing program, helped bring the company to its first $1M in revenue in less than a year.
Prior to transitioning into sales and marketing, Jen was a high school English and theater arts teacher in the Deer Valley Unified School District. She then went on to become the education coordinator for Arizona Theatre Company. While at the nonprofit she discovered an aptitude for sales and marketing. She climbed through the ranks to become the director of sales and marketing, achieving revenue goals of $4.4 million annually.
Whether she’s writing a blog, delivering a speech, interviewing clients or managing agency relationships, aligning with her audience is always at the forefront of her mind. Jen subscribes to the notion that “we’re all in this together,” and great communication leads to great partnership. Jen holds a bachelor’s of education from the University of Arizona, and resides in Goodyear, AZ with her husband, 13-year-old twin boys and two dogs. She loves animals, technology, the arts, and really good Scotch.
