Promo Video for Social & Website

Due March 1

To promote your session and to help attendees get to know you, please send us a short video. We'll post it on social and embed it on your speaker page.

Video guidelines:

  • Length: approximately 60 seconds
  • Introduce yourself
  • Summarize your Experience Inbound topic and explain what attendees will learn
  • Close with an invitation for people to attend: “Hope to you see you there!” “Come see me at Experience Inbound.”
  • OPTIONAL: Something interesting about yourself. Any hobbies? Have you been to Lambeau Field or a connection to Harley-Davidson? Does your pet want to say hello?
  • Here's a sample

Our team can add branding and music as well as clean up any long pauses. Feel free to be creative in showing the audience who you are and why they should attend your session.

No time to shoot a video? If you send us an existing speaking video, we can fill in the blanks with text and use your video as b-roll. Here's a sample.

Please send the video to Mary (mrockman@weidert.com) by March 1 or contact her with any questions.
